don't use the internet to update you bios..i know, there such software for you where you can download the latest bios which has been provided by the manufacturer, but it is not recommended... because, using internet will may cause some hazardous effect when you are d.loading the bios, for instances slow connections or connection down.. ..

use USB flashing tools instead, is the most recommended way..i've updated my bios frequently by using USB flashing tools and it works flawlessly.. ..
