The big difference here is McLaren and Hamilton were caught blatantly cheating. I may be a huge Schuey fan, but I do not for once believe that he didn't deliberately park his car at Monaco. Besides, his lie was backed up by his team,  whereas in McLaren's case new evidence contradicting their initial statements cropped up, along with strong protests from Toyota. Also, stop twisting facts. The story put forth by Schuey and Ferrari was that he made a mistake (which was true, I do remember him locking up and running wide) but he then instantly tried to squeeze an advantage out of it by maneuvering his car into an inconvenient position.
