QUOTE(pancaro @ Sep 10 2008, 08:44 PM) Bro, let me know which part of your car that you are interested to sound proof and I'll quote the best price. We are fully outdoor based and installation would be done at your place.Added on September 12, 2008, 8:44 pm QUOTE(calmshot @ Sep 11 2008, 09:55 PM) bro, quote me the price for superlon + installation for satria. 2 front doors and left/right back panel. Sorry bro, we dont provide installation for superlon only. For 2 doors, you need only 1 piece of superlon and you need to DIY. Price for 1 piece of superlon is RM35Added on September 12, 2008, 8:49 pm QUOTE(ashraffhasni @ Sep 11 2008, 11:37 PM) hye bro...im using saga blm... Hey bro,i wanna reduce my engine sound.... can u recommend where to install?? and what is the effect if i install 4 doors?? To reduce engine noise, you need to sound proof the front bonnet. For front bonnet, you need 4 pieces of SoundProof Mat and 1 piece of superlon. The cost for materials and installation would be RM220 Anyway, when you have sound proof the 4 doors, the solidness of your door would be increased. Besides that, the production of bass from your speaker would be better and also reduce vibration from the doors. This post has been edited by manosh85: Sep 12 2008, 08:49 PM |

QUOTE(eastwest @ Sep 13 2008, 10:43 PM) Will the soundproofing void my car warranty? Still new I don't think sound proofing would void your car warranty. However, it's better for you to check your car manual to confirm. To reduce the external noise, I suggest you to sound proof the 4 doors first. Sound proofing at the front bonnet would reduce the engine noise. Anyway, for internal peace, you should sound proof your 4 doors and internal flooring. Boot flooring is also important but it depends on your budget.BTW, which part should I soundproof first? that give a sifnificant impact on reducing the "outside" sound? the doors or front bonnet first?
