I saw some of the China HU are using the same component/chipset with Pioneer/Kenwood high end model

i've been using this china brand for almost 6 month - Passion (the brand name)

the performance quite impressive, the touch screen sensitivity also very impressive. this player almost all-in-1 build in. yes its true that branded 1 is better. but this 1 u can get all-in-1, not like the branded.

i bought it at price lebih kurang RM800. lets say the branded is RM3k, and this china-brand got problem after 1 year. u still can save by buy new 1.

and after 1-2 years, theres more technology coming and u can change with the latest tech. but for branded, u have to pay another RM3k for the thing.

this statement is only for peoples who dont have more extra money. but if you have lots/many of extra money, its better go for branded.

thats my opponion. if you want a china-brand - this Passion brand is recommended. compare to other china-brand.

Kindda cheap but also considering the nakamichi double din tat is double the price but considered "branded"

I thought in Myvi, Almera all actually china brand double din??? Or it just look too china to me =P

My Myvi factory HU only last about 3 years, after that the digital display disappear.It maybe due to heat inside the car since my car all the time park outside direct under the sun. I saw double din at Jalan Pasar Pudu audio shop only RM 399.
