DD is slowpoke. screamyx is bad for health.

lucky Sunday nite was raining and cold,so i go to sleep. my brother told me the connection went dead like 7pm plus.wake up around 11pm to watch supernatural while i multitask on the internet, the line was fine for like 30mins plus and then went dead again and i was so fed up at the nuts for causing me misery. i try a couple of times to get connected, got ip but cannot browse and a long timeout on screen. decided to go sleep as i can't surf.

the nuts is making a mockery of the internet.

i'm getting the same ip like yours...very frust getting to my favorite ip. 219/218 is missing from my list today...

what failure is that? how come i was not inform? no failure here in klang valley bcoz i'm still surfing from yesterday until today noon.

p/s: if you don't see me complaining here , means my surfing is smooth with no interruption

raining build-up moisture inside the cable=>performance drop

taiwan last week got earthquake, maybe the cable damage somewhere..

today my screamyx connection is having PMS keep having timeout and slow loading for international website.

Added on December 18, 2008, 5:22 pmmy connection is getting worse(dialup speed). ping looks good but surfing/dowloading is bad. some baka at screamyx is messing with the routing

KUALA LUMPUR, SUN:

Telekom Malaysia Berhad ™ has reported disruption in its Internet services due to circuit faults on the submarine cable network linking Malaysia and Europe, and said the services would be completely restored by Dec 31.
TM said in a statement today that customers using its Internet services may experience slow browsing while accessing websites hosted in Europe and that those using other IP (Internet Protocol) services such as Virtual Private Network (VPN) and other critical business applications linked to Europe may also experience some service degradation.

It said the affected cables, on the Southeast Asia-Middle East-Western Europe 4 (SMW4) submarine network between Palermo in southern Italy and Alexandria in northern Egypt, were being repaired and that some of the links, meanwhile, had been re-routed to ease congestion.

During the restoration process, traffic to northern America may experience minor degradation while traffic to other countries is unaffected, it said.

Customers can call TM at 100 and select “Internet Services” or e-mail TM at help@tm.com.my regarding Internet-related problems, it added.

everything is slow...some website refuse to load..and some is fast....dunno if the cable broken again or tmnut mess up the routing...

haha...nice one there....all international connection is having yo-yo effect...

all my (http)download keep breaking and have to restart. speed looks to have been capped at below 20KB/s.

speed is still ok for me..no problem so far. lyn forum is having slow loading.

tm.net.my is down but streamyx.com.my is UP
anyway, my connection is still ok...manage to DL super big files with decent speed.
