Find a bank and just do money transfer or something. I know RHB Bank has a service for this but not sure how much they charge. It would go into a bank account overseas and I think Singapore is under it.

Don't think so. But I think other banks should have some similar service too. Just get the cheapest one.

Alternatively is getting a VISA Debit card. Works similarly to a Credit card but it deducts the money directly from your bank account. I've not used it here but 10 years ago, yes, while studying in UK. It acted like a credit card even for international purchase. Check with a local bank if it can be done here.

buy the prepaid credit card.. it doesn't require any requirement at all, just deposit money into the prepaid credit card and u can use it like any other normal credit card for international transaction..

i can play with my stable connection...actually after pacth2.4 my line gettin better,mostly is yellow but it juz unstable(spiking) without gamepath...gamepath gip me very stable latency(goodwork!!!),so i can raid happily...thx to allxD
