i have an ipod classic 32gb used about 1 year.
but the problem is after dropped it for the 2nd time, i restore the settings and after playing 2 or 3 song tracks, the back gets hotter and in the end HANG.

any solutions?

There are no iPod classic at 32GB. Maybe yours is 4th or 5th gen 30GB?
Anyway it sounds like HDD problem. But we do not repair iPods as stated many time. Thanks.
