I used it with care, i always placed it in the rubber jacket and put it inside my wallets coin pouch (barely any coin at all time in my wallet). Suddenly today when i was pulling the superstick from my computers USB, it cracked at the keyhole area. It is still functioning, i taped the broken part as a temporary.

And so..question is, why is the quality this LOW? How can I claim RMA/Warranty?

Sorry to hear about ur case as u r the first one who complaint on tis and so far all other 40 plus buyers of the superstick dun have such experience. Since the superstick is slim design, u can just use a landyard instead for precaution step.

It happen to my superstick too, my brother one too...

I hang the superstick together with my handphone one...

thus sekaligus I send back to RMA>....I complaint to them poor quality resulted the crack...

it takes months to claim...I make another complaint...

They ship me back that time 2 plastic casing with 1 thumb drive only...Thus I complaint what the heck 1 thumbdrive missing...Then they send me another thumbdrive..

The one I send to claim is 1GB...since take so long...they ship me back 2GB one.. biggrin.gif

Which brand better? KingMax or Kingston? Besides, what is the different between U drive & Superstick?

I am reply by using the feedback from all my customers. sweat.gif Official claim is not alwiz the real fact afterall.
contour can archieve 15mb/s write speed for file larger than 64mb, while gt voyager usually archieve max 10mb/s write speed during daily operation. wink.gif

Now using Slimmest PNY 8GB, damn . . . slow liao vmad.gif . Cant imagine others that uses those Kingston and such normal model not high speed model. Do choose high speed liao, u wont regret nod.gif
