you encountered this b4 as well ? how you solved it ?
you're not supposed to turn on Caller ID. If turned on, your call will fail. experienced this before and found the solution on the net.btw, im using maxis ....

just go to Settings>Phone>Show My Caller ID. Turn it OFF.
