Sure can... But make sure you dry it properly first before fitting it back again... By the time your heatsink corrodes, send it to the muzium... and buy another one...a noob question here....don blame me..

And dont forget to clean your mobo (not woth water la) your CPU (re-apply thermal compound), your GC... Clean everything la...
