it will be 8x in CF mode...in single mode it will be 16x..this will happen to every CF mobo that dun have 2 x 16x pci-e//
no worry single card mode will always be 16x

my fren use it..3.0ghz@1.25vcore orthos max 43C..i think it outperform AC freezer64(maybe)

yup..coz mine 3.3ghz@1.392v without aircond full speed@2000rpm only mange to do 40~41c only..

and uneed to change psu that have 8pin too if u wish to OC kaw2..

the reason is just that when i oc my fren's rig, can stable orthos for 1 hour, but when doing some word program, suddenly shut down..its the same if i put vcore more than 1.25, it will restart at the loading wondows screen.

no lar bro..it wont stable..i suspect its the psu 4pin problem..cant oc well, coz its rail power are not stable..i think the mobo have voltage protector or something like that..it will shut off pc, and u cant turn it on unless u switch off ur psu first

i think maybe its because of the mobo itself..sometimes different mobo have different voltage controller..
btw, the psu is acbel 390wt..(i know i know, its no good isnt it)

u use abit ax78? psu?

i thought its the ax78 mobo got this problem..
another rig of my fren also got problem, which is m2n-e..sometimes it wont boot..got the beep sound, which is the sound of ram problem..but when i change the sata slot, it can boot..

the ax78 got no prob wif the ram..just cant oc well..
the one that cant boot is the m2n-e, use xms2 c5 pc6400.. i dun know why..naybe will try to update m2n-e bios..

ya lor..enuf for daily use..but not recommended for OC..

@liuteva..if ur F3 is from V3, increase ur vcore one more step, and see how it goes..if still cant, lower ur HT link, and drop ur divider once again till ddr400..one more, set mal to 10ns

@coolice..if u use 10th anny, please put the divider at 667,u will surely get ddr12++ and for sure, ur spi1m sub 23s..

opss//sorry my bad..u oc BE, not F3..yup, u may use ddr800...one more thing, u didnt put ur mem tab in the ss..thats why

p/s: increase ur vcore till 1.35 or 1.375 to stable at 2.8ghz.,,or maybe lower..
increase vdimm a bit...sometimes when blue screen, its bcoz of ur ram..do orthos, to make sure it's stable

mobo alive, but i dun think he can OC..just my 2cent..coz my fren's rig can oc, and stable at orthosing for 1hour, but sometimes will auto shutdown..or when i increase vcore till 1.25 and above, will shut down when post

amd athlon now use ax78..

DFI
