Normal Rate for Violin Course?

Hello.
I'm very interested in learning violin and I contacted a tutor. Her price is RM100. As I also want to learn theory, she charged an additional RM30 which makes the total RM130. I want to ask, is RM100 reasonable for a beginner course in violin? What is the price Yamaha offers? I'm just doing a little comparison.  Thank you. |

Music background? I learnt chromatic harmonica when I was younger but I quit few years ago. I also played the trumpet in primary. I think this is considered as music background.
 Ya, mine is also 4 lessons per month but 45mins per lesson, I'm taking theory. I don't mind if it's hard to play violin because I'm quite determined to learn it.  Thank you for replying. |
