i wanna ask someting too. wonder whether here is the right place.. When i bought a new gc, should i install the driver from the CD 1st, then download from website then install, or just plug in the gc, then just install the downloaded driver straight away?

u can try play crysis n cod4....that is latest game requiring high end graphic card...crysis more demand but cod4 is mid end game...
u can oso try world in conflict too...

both method oso can....but usually ppl install the cd 1st then update frm website....
u can try it straight away download and install instead of installation of cd...there is no risk la...

because when i install using cd, then update with the 1 downloaded from website.. then suddenly, its like, my screen turn weird, i mean the color.. its like i've just installed a wrong driver... but i can confirm it's the correct driver lo, the 1 that i've downloaded

i finish world in conflict and COD4

both also use default setting. not bad, run quite smooth but when i play COD4 online, it will be a bit laggy. i tried gears of war and hellgate london too. gears of war very laggy even in the lowest performance. hellgate is very smooth using the lowest setting

havent try crysis yet. anyone played fuels of war? that seems interesting. wonder can support or not..

may i know where u downloaded?

my opinion that ur forceware will not optimized de performance cos 174.xx is mainly for desktop...i hav tried b4 sure lag....
but u can try to use 16x.xx version..it optimized the performance...
i hav tried cod4 with maximized the setting is smooth n crysis in mid setting oso smooth.....
i oso tried oledi the frontline fuel of war...no lag....may b i will tried gears of war soon....thanks sharing here guy..

Erm 1 more i'd like to ask is, why my 7300GT the core and memory clock is the same?, at 400Mhz. I thought it's normally different?
