Remember that the "Support 1066mhz FSB" on motherboard usually refers to the rams and NOT the CPU FSB. Which one are you referring to? Current mobos' FSB e.g. P35, runs much higher than that

Errr.... no experience with that chipset... I guess the only way you will know is to try it out and see... Take a look at this thread : http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/616852 They are also using the 945 chipset but can OC the FSB higher then 266mhz (i.e. higher than 266 x 4 = 1066mhz)

It's in my sig. Fluctuation in vcore can be due to EIST/C1E settings and also due to vdroop which varies depending on whether your CPU is at idle or load.
