razr_sped, i didnt know x38 can be so powerful hehe......... but i think may be a1098113 theory only applies till certain extend only. but i do know believer x38 can perform up to 600mhz on fsb without problem, but should need quite some voltage.
some findings to share, i found something weird running on 425mhz on FSB, it seems that it gives some data corruption. run OCCT, prime 95 all stable, but it seems in game it will crash or ur pc opponet like superfast. another weird thing just came up too, it seems on multi 9, i cannot do 360 ~ 390 FSB stable, prime blend test will fail in few seconds, yet small or large FTT runs stable for hours. Weird..... need more time to figure out 1 more weird thing, i notice on lower fsb the temp of my proc is lower too even with similar voltage at same ghz. really no idea apa jadi... lol just wish i got more time to test things out |

it more like latency is more important, so far the best is CL4 @ 1000 mhz i suppose....... for DDR2
but DDR 3 may be different case |

the cache dun do much differrence unless ur clock is just around 100 ~200mhz difference in application or gaming..... in ur case ben3003, it 400mhz apart, e6300 will be fry definately haha.........
tech-frix what you did during bios flashing ? having a mobo frying session ? AMDAthlon, the coming E5 should be quite interesting price also quite tgood as it target around USD 80 ~110 frame |
