i think it might be the proc already at its limit....
even at 1.52v at 3.2ghz not stable..although the temp not high....and the bottom of HSF not even hot..its still not stable....

As long as it dont reach 85ºC, My proc still healthy n alive, NO worry!!! Haha! 3.9 rili shiok but hard lo..=.='
