Vdrop/Vdroop also caused by heat which decreases stability and movements of electrons in the digital circuits.

My E2160 can do 333*9 3Ghz with stock vcore but its unstable... Have to increase to around 1.32~1.34v to make it stable.

@big sifu a1098113
how bout my deduction of de strappy thing for higher multiplier?...
i can get more den 388Mhz n i dare not raise more then 1.5V
any ideas to pass on to me?...
(dun tell me get new proc la...keke...no $$$)

another thing is about rams...
i now eyeing either teem extreme 800mhz (rm255) and crucial ballistix 1066Mhz (rm 295), both also 2*1Gb kit n also microns IC, which 1 do u recommend?
n i might also be getting e8200 or other 8x/9x multi CPU
i dun1 2*2Gb yet cos i'll get CF 3870 soon, which mean i would even lesser den 3Gb of rams s i wouldn't embrace 64bit yet
*
ohmy.gif You targeting so many stuff... BTW, the strap thingy, you mean BSEL mod? I heard it doesn't work with certain motherboard and Foxconn Mars is one of them sweat.gif

From my own experiences... Its true too, unless you're a lucky boy whistling.gif According to a1098113, Team guarantees you that you'll get that D9 chip and that overclockability while Crucial doesn't.
