Gosh that guy is still dissatisfied bout the skill gap in the league. Can someone please tell him his team won't get anywhere if he leaves the average form at 8? Omigosh a MIA manager can probably do better. Must be someone whom he can trust, cause no matter how concerned I am I can't advice him as long as I'm in his blacklist. Perhaps the guy from India, Paraginfy can do it for us?

Just train any players with less than 15 form or have a red arrow.
If you do that at the start of the season, your players average form will never be less than 10. |
