if you ask me, theres prolly another plot weakness waiting to be unfold on later episodes

So who's gonna guess what happened to Marianne?

facts:
1.) Her guard was left at a minimum on the day of her death. Apparently she ordered it herself.

2.) C.C knows her, and is either speaking to her from the grave or it was a whimsical offhand remark.

Theory: Marianne got geassed to order her guards out. Then that someone with the geass ordered other ppl to kill her. C.C is her personal "mahoujou" and protected Lelouch and Nunally then.

That's all i'm theorising.

Not a lot has been revealed of C.C and probably later more "OMGWTFBBQHAX" will be revealed of C.C like she's the key made to activate the superweapon on Jupiter.

just realize, lelouch havent tell C.C rollo got geass too? who give rollo geass?

marianne could be alive. at that day and age, and given geass's lolplot, faking deaths isnt too hard.

Would be better if she stayed dead.

Nah, what I forsee is that Marianne is the whole thing behind this. She might be silently pulling the string of BOTH Britannia and Lelouch, using V.V. and C.C.
For what, god knows, maybe because she wants the power of gods herself

That's another of my theories.

Also I wonder what C.C needs Lelouch for. At the moment she's just doing anything he wants....but doesn't seem to have any objective of her own except to keep Lelouch alive.
