Well i can't really compare in anime so if you're right i'll call it anime-magic.
But srsly in ep1 and 2 also grew besar liow....especially in that bunny suit. |

Hmm non-3D drawings can have inconsistencies, thus Kallen's bewbs size can differ from epsode to episode
