if i subscribe to "surf with U" without the postpaid plan, i will get USIM card rite? can i put that card to my HSDPA phone to serve as a modem?

how do u guys check the unbilled balance.? like digi we got *128*1*1#

they really don't cap at 5gb now???
i m quite happy using their "surf with U" .cuz speed is fast, 2.4mb at my home!!.. and internet on the go at my phone anytime..hehe..
but their postpaid cost me lot...and bill delayed by one month
i m using u38 plus "surf with U 68".
