I am using the unlocked e1762 (the maxis one). Is there any kind of setting for downloading torrents? My download speed is too slow, usually below 20kbps

Well I am using utorrent. Then what is the best program for downloading files/movies? Rapidshare? Limewire? I am quite new to this
