pls lah...im living in sunway area using this U MOBILE...2nd floor..they said it's the best on 2nd floor...the fastest that i've ever tried is around 1mbps only...it's ard 5-7am tat time...normally 99kbps below...

damn slow lah...but anyway..i have tried few before..still better than Maxis...

FORGET IT ALL!! I HAVE BEEN USING IT SINCE 1 1/2 YEARS AGO!!..it sucks like hell. always disconnected itself and couldn't connect back. I complaint and complaint many many many times and nobody support me at all!!! Then i request to terminate it and they said can't coz I have 24mths contract!! I was told last time I subscribe 12 mths contract!! I have been cheated by this bloody hell company.

So what i could do is I kept asking them waive my fees several times till letter (black & white) is sent. BUT still no news at all so I didnt pay for it.

RECENTLY, I have received a bill from them : RM800+(outstanding) + RM799 modem charges!!! BLOODY MONEY SUCKING COMPANY. Please be aware all of you out there..

Just wanna express my unhappy feeling. thks

I think i have 6 months more for my contract. I don't think it's a great idea to sell it out due to my outstanding.

That's what their CS told me 2 years contract. Their dealer located in sunway pyramid told me 1 year only.

Contact their customer service?? shit lah..call so many times already but no feedback at all for more than few months dude...timeline given..nothing they could do for me. I have lost a black and white complaint which i sent by fax to them, but they said they never receive..means they denied it. I have sent thru fax and email. also no feedback..

RM799 is charged back to u when u terminated the service *before* ur contract expires.

i think RM799 covers both modem and the remaining subscription fees before the contract ends.

btw, my advise is similar to mitodna's: call their CS and if no response within reasonable timeline, report to MCMC*.

*better get ur facts and proofs ready cuz MCMC dont act based on unsound complaints. especially ur bills cuz it's amounting to rm800 (as if u've never paid). if u say u dont have the bills, then get umobile CS to generate the bills to you (after all these while, the bills should've ready in their system by now).

1) I subscribed their plan since mid 2008.
2) My last usage is around February 2009. could not use since end of NOVEMBER 2008. Good for 2 months.
3) I paid every bills since my usage but I complaint for waiver, their connection so on so on..never got response and help. So I stop paying it! what for I keep paying it but i can't use the connection?? and why i still need to pay for it while nobody from their side is coming to help me?? so bloody FXXx off their services provided.

Yes. RM799 is covered for both modem and remaining fees. they will keep charging you till they stop it themselves and charge you everything at last.

Sadly my proof of letters sent were lost because i have moved my house end of 2008.

they are not giving us court action. I dont know why but i am ready to go to their HQ and directly find their so called PIC to fight kao kao..

maybe the bill for contract is different since it's 2 years before. Something might have changed. They keep charging me even i dun even want to touch its modem. till when they think enough then they charged me for the modem RM799 + monthly fees = RM16XX++!!!

Sorry because i am not free so could not upload my bill. some more i have no scanner. gosh..
