my U Mobile bill reduce the Rm68 monthly to Rm65.88 ?!

 Currently doin test on DIY enhance 3G signals kit, RSCP lowest = better. here is the resultwith kit 
without kit

 these few days the signals strength quite bad, -92 till -98 RSCP & interference (Ec/Io) reach -8 till -10  |
