Hi all mastas dan sifoos. Newbie in the house. Just bought a V6 year 2008 last week, but it was registered on Feb 2010 😄 Mileage was about 51100km only, standard stock. Very2 good condition, everything working just fine as it should be 👍

Had a chance to test it on SKVE today... Quite impressive. Compared with my previous Peugeot 406, these are my score...
Gearbox response : 9/10
Engine noise/perf : 9.5/10
Suspension: 8.5/10
Comfort : 8.5/10
High speed : 9/10
Cornering : 9/10

For an RM31,500 OTR, I really satisfied with it. Just need to replace 1 bulb (low light) & 1 bulb for reverse lamp. But front headlight "sudah kusam" and got water vapor inside when raining...other than that... OK 😁👍 Mohon tunjuk ajar 😄

nice to hear u got a good condition Perdana.
and i see u rate it quite high. nice.. hehe..
i just miss the stock standed Perdana with V6 purrr and auto-cruise..

the headlight go "kusam" is normal la.
try to polish it first, maybe the kusam is only on the outside.
if not, just buy a new one la.
mine also kusam and bracket patah, but no water vapor.

Hehehee.... the rating just based on my personal expectation wink.gif

Yep,agree with u bro, the "kusam" issue shud be normal with "plastic" type headlamps , my only concern is the water vapor inside both headlamps. Maybe the original sealant kaput already. Need to took out the headlamps, polish it & put new silicon glue, hope can fix the problem. thumbup.gif

If only V6 has airbag... at least for the driver side, it would be perfect....... huhuhuhu icon_rolleyes.gif

actually, the best is to fill the radiator with coolant all the way (pre-mixed coolant - coolant yg dah dicairkan).
or fill coolant pekat then top up with water.
u can get Mitsu pre-mixed coolant in a 4L bottle IINM..
here: http://www.mudah.my/Mitsubishi+Motors+Supe...nt-29056097.htm
or here: http://www.mudah.my/Mitsubishi+Motors+Supe...4L-29637251.htm
(different jenis pre-mixed coolant)

i think to fill it with coolant for other machinery is not adviseable la.
is it compatible with car radiator system?

Bro, how much coolant is needed to fill up the V6 radiator? I mean if totally drained-out? rolleyes.gif

if the water inside ur radiator and reserve tank is still cantik with no or minimal rust, then by all means, use the pre-mixed coolant la.
for the water vapor, check the ventilation hole behind the headlamp as well.
i dont really know how it effects, but usually aftermarket headlamps will have water vapor compared to original Koito.

as for coolant, i dont really know how much the radiator needs.
sometimes, ppl use bigger radiator like double layer alloy, or galant/eterna TT radiator which is longer.
just buy 2 bottles la and u will have some spare coolant. hehe..

Headlamps are original Koito, will check the ventilation hole. Thanks bro thumbup.gif

i have frens who have workshops in PJ and Shah Alam.
both are mostly doing Perdanas and they are also own Perdanas.
u can search for the performance items urself and ask the mechanic to install them for u.
stock factory car sure got high level of body roll as the suspension is tuned mostly for ride, not handling.
changing to adjustable suspension with harder springrate, changing the anti-roll bar to thicker and harder rate and changing to lower profile tyres  will solve the body roll problem..
