I am planning to get a 2nd hand v6 (2004), the market rate ranges from rm48K. I have driven (my friend's) v6 periodically and i really love the performance. On top of that the exterior design is really cool. Before i commit to a long term bank contract, any words of advise? I only drive to work (bangsar-damansara) daily and weekends shopping, leisure trips around KL, Selangor. I heard and read a lot of complaints regarding the gear box and high cost of maintenance...(sigh)

Or should i just get a city / vios yr 2003 (boring jap car)??

Just wanna ask,

My V6 (2001) has clocked in 80K in mileage. AT gear oil, service and timing belt was done last week. I started to notice some white smoke emission frm the exhaust a few times lately when the car was idling during traffic jam. What could have happened?
