i am planning to go to penang end of this month and this is my first time so if anyone can give me some information

i've loked up one hotel near ferringgi beach EQ ferringgi hotel and its seams reasonabally priced
can anyone tell me if they've been there ?
its a walk to the beach and some mall and some other stuff
i want to do some water sports like para sailing and stuff
will they be available there?
what else can i do there near by ?

yes i already did its EQ Ferringghi hotel i just confirmed my hotel booking with them on their online website as i ran into a big hassle with air asia :/ looking for flights now
