I'm running an annual dinner for my organization coming February so I'm currently looking for a hotel in Penang that suit the event. I would prefer a hotel near a beach because I planned to do some activities on the beach before the dinner starts.

Do I need to state my budget? My friend suggested me HardRock Hotel but it just too expensive, I can't afford it

So any hotel between 3-4 stars worth considering. Penangites, I need your help

Near beach or not??

ParkRoyal just sent me their quotataion, Rm90 per person and the minimum audience is 100 persons. They provide us with hall and PA system but no day used room, kinda troublesome without it.
