I have to say the standard of this shop has dropped dramatically over the years. Was there a couple of days ago and the shop is in a really bad condition. Asked for mutton soup and got what looked suspiciously like beef instead although the waiter insisted it was mutton. Bread served was also cold and tasted bad. A real pity as this used to always be a stopping point whenever I was in Penang. Hope that the management can really look into this to make this place good again.

On another note, just as an information to future Penang visitors, I just learned that you have to pay for parking on public roads even on Saturdays and Sundays! Please take note or you'll get a summon like I did
Even worse, I was leaving Penang on a Saturday and there was no place open where I can pay for it...
