not too sure.. i think the gear is adjustable whether u wan high rpm or low rpm during idling while stepper motor will control itself..
not too sure again haha..
but 1 thing for sure, gear throttle can be replaced with FICD and by that time, ur idle with or without aircond off will almost same

we are talking bout throttle body and there are 2 types for wira
1 is gear throttle as in 4G1x series, and 4G92P/SOHC
the other 1 is stepper motor as in 4G91, 4G92 DOHC/MIVEC, 4G93 and the variant
if u r using proton ori, all are gear type except GTi and putra
but that is juz myth ler.. i also cannot prove

urs no problem coz using gear throttle..
mine is using stepper motor.. i heard that when the carbon in the throttle body is decarbonise, some might get stuck in the motor.. once it dry (or something like that), it will jam up the motor :s

weird... no any coolant hose is under the dashboard, how come can leaking to carpet... got bring to ur mech to check?

I got the answer....some alien drink it and spill it on ur carpet....
its the most hardest question ever as the coolant tank for ur radiator is at front..how in the world it get to ur carpet inside some more....?
