Erm, anyone knows where to get Customize 1.21 (custom)? i used to get it from touchrepo beta, but it is no more there =(

Hey thanks but i've found it earlier!

Anyway unlike how i changed the "carrier logo" for iPod with Customize, the same method don't work on iPhone... any idea why?

No lah got tido lah...gotta get up early to give squash lesson haha. Yeah everything works fine except that. I've got experience from my iPod touch days so it is not that hard actually. Gotta patch the springboard or something? But i thought that was for 1.1.2 or prior.

Correct me if i'm wrong, but we cannot have more than 6 SMS tones yeah? I'll need to overwrite one of them if i want a custom one? What is the extension for SMS tones?

Anyone got to change their carrier icon to any .png image? Customize wouldn't work.

First real problem. The contacts copied using SIMPort are giving me a lot of trouble.

1. Could not recognize caller ID (contacts that are copied from the SIM). AppSupport installed but did not help.
2. Calling a contact always fail. But if i dial the number manually, it works.
3. SMS also having trouble of recognizing contacts.

Smaller problems are still:

1. Couldn't replace carrier icon
2. Volume booster doesnt seem to improve much, but i wouldn't mind.

Now, is my Contacts turn to go crazy. The alphabetical bar on the right side is missing! Now my Contacts don't sort anymore. Instead, it only shows "All Contacts". Bloody hell....what's wrong? =(

Was having the same problem. It wasn't consistent. Did you import your contacts from SIM card?

Now my contacts alphabetical sort bar gone missing!

Thanks for heads up. I, too, was thinking that happened because the contact list was too short. I added a few more to see if it exceeded a page the alphabetical bar would reappear. Perhaps i should try again tomorrow when i'm done assembling my PC. Thanks again.

EDIT: I've never tried sync-ing the contacts to my PC yet. I copied numbers to my phone using SIMPort but Caller ID failed to work despite applying the AppSupport patch. I found out that i gotta manually add the numbers for it to work properly.

I gave up fixing it, too. Don't seem to have a proper fix.

Had the same problem even after applying the patch/fix. Gave up and went for Meebo instead.
