am ex-AA staff but then every airport = different staff. Therefore, not all of you will have bad experiance.

Yet, am also have bad experiance with AA. Last April was my engagement, so we do the ceremony at Kuching (am now working at Putrajaya). After I went back tu Putrajaya my flight is delay an hour. It's ok with me since it'll give me more time with my fiance. But then, when I want to walk down to MarryBrown to have dinner, I was shocked when I saw my boarding pass. Guess what? The staff has changed my flight to earlier 1 which will depart in 15 MIN!!!! lucky I check my boarding pass cuz if I miss this flt then my ticket will be burn

Without no goodbye, no goodbye kiss I rush to board the flight. WAS REALLY SAD that time cuz I just engage with my fiance not more then 48 HOURS then I just left her JUST LIKE THAT without a simple goodbye.

I really want to complaint to AA but after I make some investigation of my own.. the person that moved my flight is my own friend. Therefore, I can't do anything much except ... feeling sorry for my fiance.

As far as I know we all have many choice. It's just in term of $$$.
