I would like to ask, during the zero air fare promo, i've purchased ticket to Hong Kong on Oct 2010.

Recently, i found out that i cannot board the flight because the date clashes with my gf exam date, so it is possible for us to refund the airport tax?

Air Asia rescheduled my Shanghai flight on this coming May.
The departure from Xiaoshan Airport > LCCT should be on 210pm instead, they changed to 1120pm at night and we will be arriving at 420am!

We are allowed to change the flight time right?
Besides that, are we gonna receive the RM200 evoucher per person as compensation?

They are affecting my planned itinerary and i'm going with my parents! Where are we gonna stay after we checked out? GOSH

Sigh.

For a flight retime 1 hour - 2 hours, we can move your flight to any available flight within 1 week
For a flight retime 2 hours - 3 hours, we can move your flight within 1 months or a credit shell

Successfully changed my flight schedule to Shanghai.

This is what they replied me.

Thank you for e-mailing Air Asia. With regards to your query, kindly advised that we can assist you to move flight within 3 months of period from the original date & time without any charges applicable as Air Asia retimed your flight for more than 3 hours and be reminded that this changes can only be done for ONE time.

It is more than 3 hours retimed, you actually can request to change to other travel date. I've changed my travel date one week later from my original date, which is school holiday! haha

It will be good enough if you put your name and DOB correctly, i usually did not fill in the passport/ic part even i'm flying internationally. No worries (=

Estimated next free seats sales is on Oct/Nov. IMO, for July tickets, you can actually opt for the price now, they are not gonna lower the ticket price especially when the departure date is near. Always buy your tickets in advance!
