^just like every other airline. not that great. if you are lucky they will put it in one of those plastic treys when it comes out. but dont expect it to come out perfect. if its delicate make sure you wrap every individual piece properly and securely. also check whether the air asia insure covers damage to your items.

i think its probably due to response is low. i dont think they would cancel your trip just to make a few extra bucks not only is it added risk of no ticket being sold as well as being unethical. but i think the main reason is if you check with the airport and your flight is actually taking off, then you can sue them hahaha.

QUOTE(Cas @ Jan 28 2010, 01:59 PM)
But the other white guy asked her if he could sit in front (first row) and she let him! I was wondering how come she didnt tell him it's the hot seat and that he has to pay for it etc. Really hate these double standards, like as if we're paying any less than these mat sallehs.

last time i waited to be the last guy on the flight to walk on and just sat down on the hot seat since no one was there and no one bother me or said anything. hahaha.

i guess you can try to get your money back but AA is skilled at avoiding such things hahah. chances are they will cancel the flight and combine it with a later flight that day or the next day to make full use of the trip.
