Hi guy, i am wandering if you guy faced double charge/bill by AA during ticket booking.

I was hit by this on Friday afternoon. And confirm wth my CC bank.....OMG..

i tried my best to call AA 03-8775 XXXX hotline but no one pickup....KNNN...

So, in instead of issuing dispute complaint from CC bank , what else we can do ha...?

i just got email from AA and they compensate me on the flight delayed to BKK to and from so total RM200 per piece x5 .

Which i did not expect or almost forgot to ask from them after the trip.

Thumb up for thier system.

Now can plan another trip ...
