i faced the same situation before....called so many times but noboby answer my call for more than 20mins...

at the end, when my bill come, it costs me more than rm20 for calling air asia for nothing which unable to solve my problem.

i also flying to bangkok end of sept.....now in "observing" mode....pray hard by time, everything getting better....
now even not dare to book hotel....sigh....
