I agree with u there... For all the complaints and brickbats about stupid service provided by AirAsia, if not for them I wouldn't have been to places like Phuket, Bangkok, Langkawi, as well as the Gold Coast (this Friday! 
) at an affordable price... You should see that giant model of an AirAsia plane i have in my room (bought during the flight to Phuket, scale of 1:100), it dwarves all the other MAS planes and a Titanic that i have! 
And with Melbourne flights commencing this November, I'll be able to fly there to visit my bro and relatives without having to pay the HUGE fares charged by MAS anymore! I'm heading there in August next year, btw...
