i think they accept direct debit from ur maybank2u acc, rhb or pbebank

some travel agent help ppl to book the ticket... i think airasia office accept cash payment too oh? u dun have maybank, rhb bank or public bank online account mei?

i also carry backpad and 1-2 hand carry sometime..they also let me enter...as long as not too big should not be a prob anyway..

can..last time i just bring hand luggage without check in bag..cos i wan be fast after reach the destination...if not need to wait the check in bag come out again

u can try air asia website under check and change..if u have username just log in or use the button below the date and detination selection..then u key in ur confirmation num and just change to the date u wan...it will show the price u need to pay..as long as u dun key in ur credit card details, it will remain unchanged..just for check the price...

i dun think so...unless u go to their office and ask for changing the flight... or they will give u like credit notes to use in future... but my fren last time argued with them then they only allowed to give him choose btw the 2 option...at last he choose to change the time of the flight.... but not quite sure the situation now..maybe u can check with airasia..

i got one q, my fren wan to book the ticket going to bangkok. but he has not got his passport yet..so can leave it blank when do the booking? will it be troublesome when doing check in?

luckily i did not book the ticket after the ticket price increase from 0 fare last few days! so now i wan to book my tickeT!

from the answer look like we need to key in the number or go to their office to update the number.. but without anything only names, it look funny...

does anyone know if airasia cancel the flight to certain destination, they will full refund by cheque or issue a voucher for future use? cos recently, airasia decide to stop flying after my friend book the ticket earlier..they will refund auto or need go to their office to fill form?

in other country, first name is given name, and last name is you surname.. maybe here is different.. but i did help my friends book few tickets b4..either surname in front or at the back, there is no problem check in. as long as u spell ur name collectly..
