The insurance is automatically charge until the 2nd last stage where u need to click no/cancel otherwise it will be charged. I dun buy those things. except the food & 1 bagage.

Yeah try to call them (Which is almost impossible..otherwise try the so called new premium hotline) or use the chatline..faster but sometime you also hv to wait till they respond..can be 15-30min times..or more?

On Avg, 1 big 45Ltr lugage max only 7-8Kg...why so heavy? u bring cooking utensil, gas stove & etc kah? 15KG is more than enough liao--ehhh for 2 actually!

Go & kacau them by opening a chatline & ask for earlier flight...You lost precious few hours if u accept..Go & ask for earlier flight. This is the time you take opportunity getting early flight.

Yes you can request for changes of flight if ot's their mistake of consolidating flight schedules. Lotsa members here tried that successfully inc me.
