k. just an update FYI. i have done Nardia CRT treatment recently (on 21st April) ... and i must say, i m sooooo glad that i have done it! the result is impressive! my face is much smoother now, and the clogged pores problem has been solved at least 80%. i m now on full range of Nardia products. i m absolutely satisfied with the result. =)

Added on May 4, 2008, 12:05 amFYI, the treatment cost me RM390, plus products come up abt 1k. the treatment takes 7 days, within these 7 days, u must not make up and go under the sun. is kind of peeling program, but not too invasive. after CRT, my dead skin cell is gone, the newer layer of skin surfaced, and it solved at least 80% of my ance, white heads, clogged pores' problems. i sincerely recommend those who have acne skin to go through this program. just my 2 cents worth.

Those holes can be treated but take a very long time. Try to use peeling product. It help to peeling off the dead or outer layer of your skin and boost the skin renewal process. In this way, your hole will be lighten over a period of time and eventually you will have a nice looking skin again.

This is important, over use of peeling product will further damage your skin as your skin will become very weak and sensitive. Therefore, please check with your beauty consultant and find a suitable product and follow the instruction.

not sure about the holes but currently i'm trying out philosophy microdelivery peel and it did lighten up my scars... however, treating scars need patience... it'll faded over time....

Okok, u wanna kno d truth about acne scars. It's not gonna heal 100%, like perfect, unless u do plastics. Wat it's gonna do is heal to about 80%, which is max healing tht can take years. I have a realli obvious scar and it ain't perfect, but it wat makes me look me, so yeah. hope it helps.

what's a CRT treatment like? I've been doing laser treatments, it's giving me good results but a little bit more expansive than CRT treatment

You can try dermatologist. If you want to remove scar, they normally will recommend you laser.
