I just finished renovation on my house in Ampang and I thought I share with you this contractor. He specialises in Plaster ceiling and his workmanship (craftmanship is top notch) He charged me rm2.70 psf. It's slightly on the high side but I've no complains.  He runs it with his brother who doubles up as a wiremen for the lighting. So you don't have to worry about another person taking over after the ceiling is halfway done. Why I'm recommending him is becos of his professionalism and thoughtfulness during the reno process. Unlike the usual brash and sarcastic contractors, he's soft spoken, polite and willing to listen. To me having a contractor like that is more than worth it. In the end I ended asking him to do up the rest of the reno including back yard wet kitchen.
