The Indo contractor just start laying the structure and already hit problem, as the electric pipe is too low (1 feet plus from top), which cause the structure need to lower, and because of this, the aircorn can't fill into design area
Now need to electric folk to jack his pipe line (3 of it) up 6inch to same level with the rest of pipe line which involved hacking again.

So guess please make sure your electrian put the conceal pipe as high as possiable and dont assuming all will be same level
