I would not recommend my plaster ceiling for you because I not satisfy their work too. Early I engage with Chinese contractor when start work he bring 3 Bangla come work. Have been told them come touch up few time also not nice. So sorry. I can recommend to you another contractor but their price high a bit & their work very nice. If you want you can PM me.

So Rm2.5 per sf is the standard market price ?

yeah, planning for LED downlight.
so can be done under 150mm with light box? thanks..!

150mm is about 6" even with the old skool halogen downlight can fit. If your ceiling is low and you wanna maximise your height, 4" or 101mm will do also...nowadays LED downlight is very slim....

Guys, can I ask if anyone did plaster ceiling lately with LBox design. How much does it cost to put in the lights per feet run? Is it LED or normal bulb? My contractor keeps refering it to T5 lights, not sure what it is.

Thanks

T5 is mini size florescent tube..you can actually google for it.

Hi all., my unit is 709sqft and i have few question
I wanna know how much it will cost  to do the living and kitchen area only. Or maybe whole unit if the price within my budget.
Is it okay if i only do the plain for whole unit?
Is the cost will include the wiring and light point?
Do i buy the downlight myself or the contractor will include in the bill?

How it works., 1light point for 1downlight?

Can help me where shud i put the lights point for downlight?
*
1 point NOT necessary 1 downlight only. its always to have MORE light rather then less. Since you doing plaster ceiling, should be redoing the default wiring too e.g more light point, independent point for fridge and washing machine...or event microwave/heater.

Can u upload a floor plan that have your fan and light point. Not sure why cant click to enlarge your attached image.

A and B

If you plan to rent out - go for B.
99% ppl won't bother in putting plaster ceiling coz wanna use the least money and make the max profit to rent out. Just will install florescent light
