Maybe they're thinking bout the freedom movement on the 1st place without distracted by the cable lenght. Yeah got 1 Xbox wireless controller and bought 1 Blackhorn external charger for encounter the battery life last time..When think bout it again, i shud buy wired 1 instead of spend the money for the charger..demet! sweat.gif
*
you can always sell your wireless one and get a wired one instead tongue.gif
maybe sell it to me laugh.gif

where do they sell the receiver separately? play-asia seems like they have run out of stock..

can i use 1 logitech rumble pad, and 1 xbox controller to play PES2010 on my pc???

can they work together, with the logitech being player 1, and the xbox controller being player 2???

and my Wii Mario Emulator on pc, cannot use logitech to play. Can this Xbox controller be good for Wii Mario(pc)?
*
yes, you can use both logitech and xbox controllers. no problem. you can set them as player 1 or 2 at the settings.

@cllee86,
you need the xbox controller receiver to be able to detect and use the wireless controller smile.gif

it looks like this: http://www.amazon.com/Xbox-Wireless-Gaming...c/dp/B000HZFCT2

2. it uses 2 AA size batteries
3. yes, it can pair up to 4 controllers at the same time
4. supports almost any game out there i guess, as long as they have the "games for windows" logo. the games that you listed are supported. playing fifa 11 with it now tongue.gif

thanks for your replied.for Q2, pair with 2 or above controller need how many receiver?1 enough?

i see you using Logitech Rumplepad 2 as well.how u feel if compare with the xbox360 controller?consider it cos price is cheaper  tongue.gif
*
yes, as i've mentioned, 1 receiver can pair up to 4 controllers. depends on yourself actually, i now prefer the xbox360 controller more than the rumblepad. in games like FIFA or PES you might favour the Rumblepad, but i've learned to get use to using the xbox360 controller tongue.gif

@ActionKamen8,
you can try searching at the games section at garage sales. it's a bit hard to find though, not many people selling it separately from the controller.

QUOTE(Aura @ Nov 11 2010, 01:29 AM)
I noticed that the wired Xbox 360 controller hav some problems on Windows XP SP3.... Some can work and some can't..... Plus, the official driver pack refuse to install on that OS.... Forced users to use XBCD which some controllers cannot even work on that OS.... Works fine on Vista and Win7 but not in Windows XP SP3....

Anyone hav experienced this before??? Care to share???
*
I did try the official driver pack. works flawlessly for me. just need a restart after installing to be able to pair up the controller and receiver. Heck it even detects my Logitech Chillstream as another Xbox360 controller tongue.gif

QUOTE(ryudell @ Nov 11 2010, 11:48 AM)
if i use the real xbox 360 controller (wireless + usb wire) can it be use to play games on pc (like fifa)?
*
you mean wireless + wireless receiver?
if that's what you meant, then yes, it can.

no, mine is wireless controller, but using the usb cable given to play at the xbox 360..i was wondering if the controller can use at pc to play games.
is there any additional driver need to be install?
*
not sure if can work, but you can give it a try. If Windows Vista or 7, i think should be able to auto-detect the drivers and install by itself.

i think what he means by 3rd party is the controller is not the actual microsoft product, and not the official packaging.
