Don't you remember Aizen is planning to destroy KT town to make the King's key?Maybe he wants to kill the SS King and take the throne for himself.He did mention that he wanted to be at the top and that no one has accomplished that feat at the sokyouku hill.This might imply that the SS King might have died and that the throne was empty. |

Well if what you had speculated is true, I think Ichigo's dad is actually one of the gurdians of SS King or SS King Key gatekeeper or some sort then...

MAYBE...just maybe..that woman that got moved to the zero division is ichigo`s mom who then <insert word here> with the SS king and then come out ichigo and isshin is just a guard for ichigo. that would quite explain the hair colour difference lol. this is wat i think after kytz speculated  EDITED : forgot to add that the woman eaten by that hollow is possible its not ichigo`s real mother.
