That animation movie was f**ing metal, it's not for everyone
WB going for broad appeal, this film really cannot la. Can see why they went with whedon version

I think there needs to be a balance in the tone. Can't be too overly dark/serious, or too exhaustingly funny
The old JLA animation did this well, so did Shazam film and Injustice games

Actually if they rebooted it and used shazam as a base, I don't mind actually

let's say DCEU have the phase staging, like Phase 1 for MOS, BVS, Suicide Squad, WW, JL, Aquaman & Shazam. And then Phase 2 for Birds of Prey, WW84, The Suicide Squad, The Flash, Aquaman 2, Shazam 2 , Black Adam and possible JL2...

Shazam is actually set on a different universe than snyderverse and they haven't shown who superman was. Maybe they can build from there

just watched the snyder cut version from *lanun*
certainly a interesting directors cut. not so sure about the length of the movie. i feel that 4 hours is a bit stretching.

I remember now where i read the snyder's version, its from this DCEUleaks.

Forgot to rate snyder's version last night, i rate it 4.5/5! Definitely the justice league that we deserved! Same tone as the animated series! Superman was badass! Darkseid was badass! Hoping that they make this canon to DCEU.
