whats your current stats derek?...you wanna gain weight?

hmm..the warm up part...i usually do 5 minutes on the stationary bike before i lift...just enough to break a sweat biggrin.gif and before every lift i warm up too... hmm.gif dont know whether im doing it right or not laugh.gif
