Objective: Lose fats and put on some muscles. To bring body shapre back to proportion. Increase lower body size.

zz... what gay... dont kacau lar... give support... fei chai trying 2 lose weight leh.. n gain some muscles..

and some light warm ups...
diet: vege+ko lou yuk (lunch) + vege+fish (dinner)

having problem after resting for 4 months... hopefully things will kick up soon..

nah... jsut stopped for a long time..

in the cross machines.. i dont know what u guys call it... the 1 where you can pull down... push... and use it on the legs...

last sem before the sem ended i was able to push the weights to 13 (16max) but after resting for 4 months i only can do 11 now.. have 2 start all over again

i used to do 10 km on the threadmill.. today 3 km also have 2 take a break d...

btw guys... it is a need 2 eat constantly throughout the whole day 2 repair the muscles?

diet: grill chicken chop + pork nuggets + 1/2 boil egg + vege

went jogging for 2 hours... then pasar malam to hear DAP talk..

ran all the way back home because of rain...

did some dumbells at night...

again not much progress... hopefully can pump up soon
