are the SoB, space marine ......and imperial guard is ally or the same?.....bcoz them all fight for the emperor......and no idea why them all fighting each other @@

There are reasons that they kill each other.It could be SoB kill SM because they suspect there are heretics in a SM chapter.

Armies in Imperium dont always ally with another army.A Dark Angel company might attack an Ultramarine company if they think they are holding a fallen angel.

It's a dark unhappy universe in Warhammer 40k.

In order to understand this mess one must be well verse in the structure which Imperium is run.

Space marines dont answer to anyone save the Emperor (who is of course, throne bound now which makes space marines fully automated) and are self governing bodies exempted from the Imperial rule. Only Inquisitors can dig their nose inside to question space marines motive if their actions are deemed traitorous.

Imperial Guard answers to Segmentum command, like Pentagon but in a much bigger scale. An Imperial guard general can only request help from Space Marines but not having direct command over them.

Sister of Battle are the militant orders belonging to the Ecclesiarchy, or Imperial cult, a religious order which preach Emperor being the God of mankind. Ecclesiarchy controls much of the Imperium and will purge those who goes against their teaching (even space marines). After a crisis happened about 10,000 years ago the Ecclesiarchy are banned from having man-at-arms, they took the term literally so thats why their formal militant orders now only recruit females.

All 3 are under Imperium but sometimes they have different interest and may clashed at rare occasions. Usually after which an Inquisitor will arrive to investigate.

add -forcehighpoly in the shortcut.
add fullres_teamcolour=1 in the Local.ini file in the game dir.

u can also chg some settings there in the Local.ini like anti-aliasing, novsync and so on.

Weird, I thought the Emperor prohibit his followers to see him as a god ?? Having the Ecclesiarchy is contradicting to his will.

The only point of getting this game is to complete the collection and online play.

Singleplayer is crap since its practicly a port from Dark Crusade. No actual storyline whatsoever. DOW2 please!!!!

The texture of the mod is more uber than the official SoB's, kau kau detail, can only dream about Relic hire those texture artists to redo the texture of 9 factions

Yeah,but there is another reason to get it.For race mods.Nothing beats having 10+ slightly imba unique races in DoW with upgraded models.

Not yet,they seem to be having low morale now after SS release.

Hope they release the final full version.

I really like what they did in the mod,especially the units selection.

The race mods are somewhat obselete in many ways, this game shouldn't even exist. Most of the anticipated mods are either complete with bugs or are on hold until finished.

They propabaly wanted to squeeze the title dry before moving on anyway. But for the price we have to pay to get this game is absured. 2 new aces for RM 149......with no highlighted add-ons and extras. Plus most of the gamers can't really play online unless they have this expansion anyway.

I will buy it evetually, its just i won't be too happy about it. Not really a choice unless players don't want to play online.

Yeah,still you can play those who are completed.

Steel Legion and Inquisition:Daemon Hunters are 100% completed.You can have 11 race in DC with Combiner Mod.

Which mod is filled with bugs?

I had played all of them and they are all ok to me.Tyranid mod is a bit incomplete now.

Modding in DoW is not easy,compare to other games.You need a wide range of skills to make a race mod and implementing it require a lot of time.Besides,the community is having shortage in staff.

Some mods never release because they are handled by a small team.For example,Thousand Sons and Dogs of War has this problem.Witch Hunter is the lucky one i guess but it has been slowed down recently due to real life issues.

That's Emperor-botherers for you. They are too convinced of their own righteousness. (Not unlike some religion zealots these days)

Although, having Space Marines, SoB and Imps clash is extremely rare don't you think? And some more the same Chapter again. (Blood Ravens). You would think they learned their lessons from Dark Crusade. (assuming the story is canonical).
