My Model is F5D7634uk4A G Wireless Modem Router Belkin

http://catalog.belkin.com/IWCatProductPage...oduct_Id=475589

Streamyx line less than 1Mb.....512kbs actualy, enough

But plug and play havent experience Dc so far, but its when i use the router it DC-ing.

Fren says its the settings, not good in settings, plug n play kind of guy, need wireless so that during pawning in killz2 cant be distracted by people who wan to use the net....or the "ops i kik the cable"

im using the same type of Belkin modem router as urs, don't even bother with wireless with just plug direct cable to it. I find its not really got for ps3 online gaming ... or maybe its my streamyx.

Also u can try putting the PS3 in DMZ mode. It can improve your connection

aku guna Belkin N wireless router model F5D8233-4

tapi setting ps3 utk router nih mmg kaw2

aku set ps3 ip outside DCHP range

MTU = 1492, kat ps3 MTU = auto/1480

enable MAC Address Filtering... letak ps3 punya MAC address...

portforward dan DMZ pun dah buat...
*
what is MAC address filtering?

portforward and DMZ is the same rite?

You must go the PS3 and put the Network settings there to `Wired Connection`... put everything as default.

Test if face any connection problem then you have to enter the ip address all manually

i managed to auto connect it, and dug out my closet to find my old switch. i planned to use it, but then i got the DNS error 80710102 (the one many people got) how to solve this?

When you do network setup in the PS3, manually configure the IP of your connection to your router. Its should be 192.168.2.1 for the bottom 3 entry. subnet mask is 255.255.255.0

Hi guys, I have a question to ask regarding upnp.

I find that when I connect to the internet, I can sometimes get upnp and at other times I could not. Restarting the modem router can sometimes help, but it seems like a temp solution. The fact that I could sometimes get upnp means the settings on both router and ps3 are ok. - i think.
I am using D-link 2640T. . wondering if anybody has the answer to this question. NAT is type 2

TMnet Streamyx 1 mb

If u have alredi enabled UPNP in both router and PS3, u should always be able to get UPNP without any problem
